Manufacturing defects in electronic devices (such as OLEDs, masks, displays, semi-conductor devices and printed circuits) can be corrected by a micromachining laser workstation with high spatial resolution. Short pulses and tight focusing allow reaching high precision and selective ablation on the machined sample.
